YOU MUST OBTAIN PREAUTHORIZATION FROM US BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENT BATTERIES ARE INSTALLED IN THE VEHICLE.
You must perform the maintenance procedures listed in this paragraph on an annual basis which is due within thirty (30) days of the anniversary date of the Contract Purchase Date each year. Failure to follow these maintenance procedures and provide proof to the Administrator as required below will result in denial of coverage and this Contract will be void and any applicable refund will be paid according to Section K (Contract Cancellation). The following maintenance must be performed each year.
- HEALTH TEST:
- You must perform a battery health test using Recurrent (www.RecurrentAuto.com/for-owners) or other Administrator approved alternative battery health tracker. A list of approved vendors coming soon.
- You may submit Your battery health tests by emailing all related documents to Contracts@DKPAdmin.com within thirty (30) days of the anniversary date of the Contract Purchase Date each year.
- RECORD KEEPING: You must keep a copy of the battery health report which includes the date of report, vehicle identification number (VIN), Your Vehicle’s odometer miles, and battery age.
